tomato_onion_andchilli_saladIMG_5152Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
5-6 red-skinned radishes, cut in quarters
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp sugar
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
A pinch of salt

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a non-metallic bowl and toss to together. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate until required. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt and pepper, if necessary, just before serving. Serve chilled.
