Ingredients:

100g dried cranberries

2 dried red chillies

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp olive oil


Preparation:

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and whiz until you have a fairly dry coarse mixture. Serve as a side relish or with cheddar cheese and crackers.
