3tbsp groundnut, sunflower or olive oil |

| Method: | |||
|
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and fry stirring constantly, for 30 seconds, or until they splutter. Watch carefully so they do not burn. |
